The Tour de Zwift returns for 2026 today to help you “kickstart your training goals and New Year’s resolutions”, with the opportunity to win a Zwift Ride smart frame.
The Tour runs from 5 January to 22 February, with six stages across nine Zwift worlds you can either ride or race. Each stage will last a week and the final week, from 16 to 22 February, will give you a chance to complete any stages you’ve missed.
As with previous years, each stage will be available in three lengths: long, standard and short. But this year, Zwift is doing something slightly different.
If you complete what Zwift is calling the ‘Ultimate Challenge’, where you ride every distance across all six stages, totalling 557.9km, you’ll earn free entry to win a Tour de Zwift x Pedal Mafia Zwift Ride smart frame.
Zwifters who complete all distances of the 2026 Tour will be in with a chance to win this Zwift Ride. Zwift
Launched in 2024, the Zwift Ride is the indoor training app’s take on a smart bike. It combines a metal frame with adjustable components, Zwift Play shifters, a Zwift Cog and a Wahoo Kickr Core smart trainer.
Zwift said at the time of launch that it had chosen the Ride’s white colour scheme to be more appealing than black gym equipment. But the limited-edition trainer is far less subtle, thanks to its bright coral, green and blue design.
Even if you don’t win the Zwift Ride, anyone who completes the Ultimate Challenge will claim a 12,500 XP boost.
There will also be a limited-edition Tour de Zwift kit available to all riders from Pedal Mafia.
