The Department of Health (DoH) has issued a warning to staff following reports that a number of life-saving breathing devices had malfunctioned during use.
A Northern Ireland Safety Notice posted to the department website on December 23 revealed six incidents had been reported where a breathing device had turned itself off during use, with three incidents occurring this month alone.
