Samsung is giving out £250 to shoppers who upgrade their phone to a Galaxy S25 this month(Image: Samsung)
Samsung is paying shoppers up to £250 if they upgrade to a new Galaxy S25 smartphone this month. The deal is being offered through the Currys-backed retailer Mobiles.co.uk, where the standard Galaxy S25 on iD Mobile’s 100GB plan has been reduced to £24.99 per month.
The tariff also includes 256GB storage for the same price as the 128GB model. You’ve got to be quick, however, as the money-saving deal ends on January 29.
Tech shoppers will need to pay a £59 upfront cost, but after purchase, they can claim £180 in cashback. The phone also includes unlimited minutes and texts, as well as as featuring Samsung’s ultra-fast new Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and AI-powered 50MP triple lens camera.

A similar deal is available with the more powerful Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, with shoppers opting for this model able to claim £250 cashback. This option comes in a little more pricey, with iD Mobile’s 500GB tariff costing £34.99 per month and £59 upfront.
For those wanting to keep costs down, the entry-level Samsung Galaxy S25 FE on iD Mobile’s 100GB is £19.99 per month and £99 upfront, with £150 cashback up for grabs. For each deal, the cashback comes in the form of a Virtual Mastercard Prepaid Card and can be claimed on Samsung’s Winter Wallet page here.
Each Mobiles.co.uk deal undercuts Samsung’s own prices compared to buying the phone outright, reports the Mirror. Over the 24-month contract, the standard Samsung Galaxy S25 costs £703.76, more than £150 cheaper than Samsung’s £859 price tag.

Just keep in mind that, like most mobile networks, iD Mobile raises its prices each year, with the £24.99 tariff increasing to £26.49 from April 2026 and £27.99 from April 2027. Elsewhere, Sky Mobile offers the Samsung Galaxy S25 256GB for £20 per month and £12 upfront, but this option only comes with a 100MB data allowance.
This may suffice for those only using the phone on WiFi, but heavier users can upgrade to a Sky data plan, such as 50GB for £10 per month for the first six months. Mobiles.co.uk customers have been singing the praises of the Samsung Galaxy S25 and awarded it an average 4.7-star rating.
One five-star review says: “I really like it, super fast, smooth and feels really well made. I don’t like giant screens as I find they don’t feel nice to hold or fit in your pocket, but this is the perfect balance.

Another said: “Great value for money. Phone offers premium performance, including processor and RAM exactly the same as Ultra phones, but this is much more handy. Always impressed by the build quality of Samsung.”
Despite their glowing review, the same buyer added: “Battery capacity could be a little higher as other phones offer better capacity at a similar price point.”
This satisfied shopper said: “The Galaxy S25 is an absolute game-changer, from the stunning display with smooth refresh rate to the blazing-fast processor, this phone handles everything effortlessly. The 200MP camera captures breathtaking detail, and the AI features make photography a joy. Battery life is exceptional, easily lasting a full day with heavy use.”
