Hull KR have confirmed Craven Park’s capacity will rise this coming season after the club opted to introduce south stand seating for the entire campaign.

Last season saw Rovers install a temporary south stand seating area behind the posts, with the extra seats brought in for the final three games of the campaign and the play-offs. That temporary stand will now be in place for the entire 2026 campaign, as first revealed earlier this week by Hull Live.

It means the treble winners have added an extra 1,062 seats to their capacity, allowing the club to open up season memberships once again after selling out over 10,000 full-season memberships in record time. The new capacity is thought to be a fraction over 12,000 now after the latest development of the stadium, with long-term plans in place to increase further.

Hull KR Chief Executive, Paul Lakin said: “The demand for tickets and memberships ahead of the 2026 season has been nothing short of remarkable. Selling out eight home games and surpassing 10,000 full-season members so early is a testament to the unwavering support of our fans.

“Bringing back the South Stand for every Betfred Super League home fixture was a natural step for the club to ensure as many supporters as possible can be part of what promises to be another exciting season.”

Rovers say 2026 non-ticketed members can now purchase a full-season membership in the South Stand, while members in the North Stand will be able to access Craven Streat before each game.
