The Lynn Arms, on The Street in Syderstone, shut its doors to customers in 2019 and is currently vacant.

The pub is being advertised by property agents Belton Duffey and is on the market for an asking price of £250,000.

It was the only one of its kind in the village and is believed to date back to around the 19th century.

The venue is built of majority brick and flint walls under a pantile roof and offers a traditional bar and restaurant area on the ground floor as well as a good sized dining space and kitchen.

On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, each en-suite, along with an office space that overlooks the village.

Outside, there is a wide double-gated archway, which leads from the road to a covered courtyard area and pub garden.

The full listing for the pub is available to view on the Rightmove and Belton Duffey websites.
