Venus Williams is out in round one of the Australian Open despite leading 4-0 in the decider against Olga Danilovic.
It means her wait for a first win in a Grand Slam since Wimbledon 2021 goes on. The 45-year-old will be hugely disappointed, but what an effort, having been the oldest woman to compete in Aussie Open singles.
However, it’s Danilovic who comes through 6-7(5), 6-3, 6-4.
