Madison Beer will be looking to spoil the celebrations as locket finds itself at Number 2 on the midweek Official Albums Chart Update. The project is also likely to be Madison’s highest charting record to date and her first UK Top 10, with her previous releases Life Support (2021) and Silence Between Songs (2023) both peaking at Number 28.
East midlands punk duo Sleaford Mods are eyeing a fifth Top 10 accolade with the satirical The Demise of Planet X (3). If the pair can maintain their place through to Friday’s final whistle, they would scoop their third Top 5 album on the bounce, their previous LP UK GRIM (2023) secured the Number 3 spot.
An all-Scottish link-up between Nathan Evans and SAINT PHNX could end in successful fashion, as Angels’ Share vies to break the Top 5 (4).
This means that Olivia Dean and The Art of Loving, which has occupied top spot for the whole of 2026 so far, begins the week at Number 5.
A week full of possible personal bests, Bristol-born Americana artist Elles Bailey will be looking to add her name to the list as Can’t Take My Story Away starts out high (6).
A$AP Rocky’s first solo album in eight years Don’t Be Dumb looks to secure the American superstar a third Top 10 (7).
Re-entering the charts last week, Bruno Mars’ 2010 release Doo Wops & Hooligans is set to climb even higher, currently up six places (25).
East-Sussex outfit Kid Kapichi could earn their second Top 40 prize with Fearless Nature (26) while similarly, English singer-songwriter Cavetown, real name Robin Daniel Skinner and Running With Scissors eyes a Top 40 finish (33).
And following the announcement that he will be releasing his first album in four years; Harry Styles‘ most recent two records Harry’s House (30) and Fine Line (35) jump back into the midweek Top 40.
