Cheshire East Scaffolding Ltd is a scaffolding contractor that operates across the North West of England and North Wales, and has been doing so for more than 30 years. It is currently run by the second general of the family, but has now been appointed administrators. The firm has not revealed the reason for the appointment. The Daily Express has contacted Cheshire East Scaffolding Ltd for comment.Â
The company has its principal trading address and office at The Courtyard, Grosvenor Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 3HJ. It says that its reputation has been built on “safety, quality and reliability, providing a first class service at a competitive price in all aspects of scaffolding, including Design, Inspections and Safety Decking”.
The company employs certified, CITB-trained scaffolding operatives who all hold current CISRS cards. Richard Cole and Steve Kenny, both of KBL Advisory Ltd, have been appointed as administrators.
The company’s client base includes Miller Homes Ltd, Bellway Homes Ltd, Persimmon Homes, Prospect GB, Jones Homes Ltd and Hawk Developments Ltd.Â
Cheshire East Scaffolding Ltd offers a range of services including domestic scaffolds, industrial scaffolds, commercial scaffolds and site scaffolding for main housing contractors.
More than 400 people are employed by the groundworks and civil engineering firm, which has a head office in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, as well as a site in Warrington.
