Part of a whale carcass has washed ashore on Cleethorpes beach.
Authorities have confirmed that the remains are located near the Buck Beck area, and has urged the public to avoid approaching the carcass and to keep dogs on leads when walking in the area.
A North East Lincolnshire Council spokesperson said they are currently working with the relevant agencies to resolve the issue.
Members of the public who spot the carcass are advised to maintain a safe distance and follow local guidance while officials assess the situation.
