AmuseAmuse is a locally-run AI image and video generation suite that’s using Stable Diffusion, too, but doesn’t focus as much on assembling structures to guide the algorithm. Instead, it uses a classic text prompt input that’s often good enough to achieve your desired result. Just like the other apps in the AI Bundle, without needing a cloud service or subscription.
The Amuse UI is well-designed and intuitive to use. Besides the currently displayed “generate image” mode, there is also the option to run an “AI Filter” on an existing image or sketch something crude with the mouse before generating it as a high-quality image.
Just like the other apps, Amuse has to download AI models from the Internet before you can generate images.
Note here—the NPU is used, and the good thing is that it has access to the full memory of the machine, so even large models can run fine.

It’s quite impressive that now even someone like me, with no artistic talent, can create something that looks nice.
