Roby – who spent 20 years at Saints, holding the record for the most appearances – hopes to bring the values of “elite performance, consistency, and leadership” into the new venture, which has seen him co-launch a creative agency, titled HOUS.

Joined by marketing and creative specialist Nath Sharratt and former St Helens RFC filmmaker Josh Howard, Roby wants to build the HOUS, as “a different kind of agency”, with authentic storytelling a central focus.

Discussing his new chapter, Roby said: “After finishing my career in professional sport, I’m incredibly excited to be launching this venture with Nath and Josh.

“HOUS Agency is built on the foundations of teamwork, quality, and consistency that I’ve valued throughout my career.

“We work with businesses across sectors while also aspiring to be recognised for creating trusted connections in sport, music, and the wider creative industries.”

HOUS marked its launch by announcing the sponsorship of Muay Thai fighters Danny Pretten and Leonie Hardman.

The agency is throwing its full support behind Hardman as she prepares to compete in the world-renowned RWS (Rajadamnern World Series) in Thailand, fighting at the historic Rajadamnern Stadium.
