Earlier today, B. G. Appleton Contracts Ltd collected a large amount of fly tipped waste from Chigborough Road in Heybridge.
The abandoned rubbish, consisting of distinctive tiles, caused a blockage in the road.
Maldon Council is investigating the incident and is asking anyone with any information to come forward.
