Fans think they have worked out the identity behind Moth

The Masked Singer fans have taken to social media to declare that they have recognised the ‘distinctive voice’ of a particular Sugababes singer.
As The Masked Singer returned for another week on ITV, the judges were tasked with figuring out the identities of the remaining contestants after three previous reveals.
Judges Maya Jama, Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan, and Davina McCall were joined on Saturday night’s episode (Januasry 24) by guest judge Perrie Edwards, known best for being part of girl group Little Mix.
Perrie joined the four judges and host Joel Dommett as the remaining celebrities don funky masks and outfits to sing their hearts out in a bid to keep their identities hidden.
As Moth took to the stage to perform a rendition of DoeChii’s Anxiety, fans of the ITV singing competition took to social media to say that they have recognised the ‘distinctive’ and ‘beautiful’ voice of Subababes singer Keisha Buchanan.

Over on X, formerly Twitter, @HannahVCW said: “Moth is a million percent Keisha Buchanan from sugar babes she has such a distinctive voice!”
@RyanSoapKing25 agreed: “It’s time for Moth and the beautiful tones of Keisha from the Sugababes”.
The Masked Singer viewers continued to guess Keisha as @Scottish_Suzi wrote: “Moth is Keisha Buchanan, no question”, @itspastelrach said: “I’m now 100% sure Moth is Keisha Buchanan”, and @jonconnell added: “Moth is just effortlessly brilliant! No questioning that it’s Keisha Buchanan – Sugababes have been so ever-present that you can’t mistake her voice!”
Sugababes were iconic in the early-mid 2000’s, with them producing multiple chart-toppers and platinum-selling records, becoming a huge success by 2006. They remained major figures in UK pop through numerous line-up changes, always maintaining high chart presence until they went on hiatus around 2011-2012.
Last week, fans of the ITV singing competition took to social media to make the same guesses. On X, @madgekin wrote: “moth is keisha buchanan. 10000000%” as @lozysaurus penned: “I hope moth wins it because her voice is the best one”.
@ifeelflames agreed: “Moth being Keisha Buchanan is the only one I’m sure about this year so far!” and @jordanlee1402 echoed: “Keisha Buchanan needs to win this show outright!! Mother MOTH”.
So far on The Masked Singer, The One Show presenter Alex Jones has been unmasked, alongside musician Professor Green, Sex Pistols frontman John Lydon, and last week Shakespears Sister singer Marcella Detroit was revealed to be the celebrity hiding behind Gargoyle.
This week, two groups have become one. Until now, half the celebs have been singing each episode. But now, after four contestants have been unmasked, we will hear from everyone tonight.
And for the first time this series, there will be a double unmasking. Which two celebs will be under the mask?
