Tadburn Meadows Nature Reserve, in Eight Acres, is heavily flooded.
This comes after a large amount of rainfall as Storm Chandra swept across Hampshire in the early hours of Tuesday, January 27.
Several paths in the nature reserve are underwater, with the water level at Tadburn Lake very high.
A flood warning has been put in place for Romsey by the Environment Agency.
The warning says: “High river levels are expected to cause flooding on Tuesday.Â
“Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 from 10:30, as a lot of rain fell in Storm Chandra (37mm).Â
“Flooding will affect land, roads, gardens, and approach properties at Jenner Way, Sewards Rise, and at Eight Acres. Showers are forecast to continue today, but the worst of the rain should have cleared. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce by 2pm.Â
“We are checking flood defences to make sure that the defence wall remains undamaged.Â
“Activate any flood protection products you may have. Ensure pumps used to lower water levels are working.”
A reporter at the scene said that streets near the nature reserve have not flooded.
