Timothée Chalamet is back in BAFTA and Oscars contention for his lead role in the sensational drama Marty Supreme, which has now landed 11 BAFTA nominations to go with its nine Oscars nominations. It’s possible you missed out on the movie as it was released in cinemas over Christmas, and now are looking to seek it out.
The movie, which marked Josh Safdie’s first solo movie since 2008, follows aspiring table tennis champion Marty Mauser as he goes on a chaotic trip across New York to find the money that will let him compete at a major upcoming tournament.

Is Marty Supreme available to stream at home?
At the time of writing, Marty Supreme is not available to watch at home on any of the streaming services on offer. However, we might not have too much longer to wait to be able to watch at home.
Typically, Entertainment Film Distributors movies are released on digital platforms to buy or rent around 45 days after their cinema release. That could mean that we’ll be able to buy or rent Marty Supreme from Monday 9 February. Nothing has been confirmed officially yet.
If you didn’t want to pay to watch the movie at home, Entertainment releases are usually added to Prime Video’s streaming service around seven months after their cinema release. That would put Marty Supreme’s streaming debut in the UK in late July 2026.

In the US, Marty Supreme was released by A24 and, typically, A24 movies are released on digital platforms around 45 days after their release.
It’s been rumoured – but not confirmed – that Marty Supreme will be made available to buy or rent from Tuesday 3 February, which would match that timeline. You can pre-order the movie now on Prime Video and AppleTV to be able to watch it as soon as it’s released.
The first streaming service for A24 movies in the US is Hulu, with their streaming debuts coming around 4 months after the cinema release. That points to a April 2026 streaming debut in the US for Marty Supreme.
Again, this hasn’t been officially confirmed and is just speculation for now.

Until it’s released digitally, the only way to watch Marty Supreme today is at the cinema so you can head to your favourite cinema and watch it right now.
Even though it came out on Boxing Day, the movie is still in the top ten at the UK box office after five weeks, so it should have at least another couple of weeks to run in cinemas nationwide.
