Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has hit back at claims as an ex-partner warned the model to ‘run for the hills’

Katie Price has been told to “run for the hills” by new husband Lee Andrews’ ex after she married him in Dubai at the weekend days after announcing their engagement – and little over a week after they met.
Alana Percival told The Sun: “Katie should run for the hills” and claims that when she tried to leave him Lee had told her he had a heart issue and was living on “borrowed time” due to suffering from heart issues. She later posted on Instagram: “I hope Katie listens, I wish I had listened to all the others that warned me!”
Lee told us today that he has an aortic heart valve that doesn’t close properly but that he has never used that as leverage insisting it “was brought up in conversation with my partner”.
He said: “It’s on the left chamber of the heart, you can check this with my hospital, as I grew up… I was out of school every six months for check-ups. What happens is that the blood regurgitates back into the chamber. My heart hasn’t enlarged, so I’m good. The only fix would be a mechanical fix, or organic tissue would be from a pig, I assume.

“The American Hospital Dubai could confirm I’ve had an echocardiogram, but I’ve never used it as leverage in conversation to fake anything, so it’s just something that I had, which was brought up in conversation with my partner.
“My aortic valve doesn’t close fully, I think 20 per cent comes back in, it doesn’t do it under stress – when I’m running or vigorous exercise, it doesn’t have the chance to regurgitate back, but, yes I have an issue with my aortic valve left chamber because it sits on an apex of the heart which can be verified and confirmed by my hospital.
“It’s not a defect as I see it, because it allows me to perform at an elite level, so there’s no issues there, there’s no heart enlargement, which would be the case if blood keeps coming in.

“It’s acute, I think it stands as an acute condition at the moment, but this has never been used in a way to fake anything or used as leverage to get anything.” Speaking about Alana, Lee told us: “I gave her a lavish lifestyle.”
Katie seems to be standing by her new husband despite the recent allegations. Both have posted their matching tattoos of each other’s names and the numbers “11:11”. Alana claimed she knew the significance behind the tattoo, telling The Sun Lee would call her at 11:11 every day, saying: “He puts 100 per cent effort into you.”
