Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street star Channique Sterling-Brown has exclusively revealed to Inside Soap that Dee-Dee Bailey’s new love interest, Ollie, will stir up excitement for soap fans.
Dee-Dee first bumped into Ollie at the Rovers, where the flirty chap charmed his way into buying her a drink.
The pair exchanged numbers, but Dee-Dee didn’t cross paths with him again – until Adam Barlow introduced Ollie as a new client involved in a dangerous driving case.
In the café, Ollie insisted to Dee-Dee that he wasn’t guilty, before calling their second meeting ‘fate’. But who is Ollie and what can we expect from him?

“The viewers will be very suspicious of Ollie,” Channique tells us. “That’s because they’re protective over Dee-Dee. And I’ll say that not everything is at it seems, but not necessarily in a bad way!
“They’re going to be really excited about whether that goes and who Ollie is, as they get to know him…”
At the moment, Dee-Dee is embracing being a mother to baby Laila, after going back on her decision to allow her brother, James, to raise the little girl.
That’s not to say that Dee-Dee is too busy for romance though, as it’s clear that the lawyer still has plenty of love left to give.

“Dee-Dee wears her heart on her sleeve,” the actor smiles. “She’s full of love for absolutely everyone. She has more than enough capacity to love again, it’s just whether or not she’ll let her walls come down.
“She’s got to meet a person that is worth that and able to meet her where she is – so whether that’ll be Ollie or not, we’ll have to see!”
