Four sites will close each Monday in February for staff training, Hertfordshire County Council has confirmed.

A spokesperson said: “To allow this training to take place safely and effectively, four recycling centres will be closed each Monday during February.

“These temporary closures will help ensure staff continue to provide a safe, efficient and high-quality service for residents.

“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage residents to plan their visits around the dates or use an alternative recycling centre on the affected days.”
