Dramatic footage captured the moment a driver was seen ramming into police cars during an incident in a Greater Manchester street.
Police were seen attempting to block the Nissan Juke driver in, wedged next to a wall along Plodder Lane in the Farnworth area of Bolton on Wednesday (February 4).
Videos posted on Facebook showed how officers later exited their vehicles before the car was seen to reverse into a police vehicle and plough past the other to make an escape.

The circumstances surrounding the incident have not been confirmed by Greater Manchester Police, but the force has been approached for a statement.
The driver is seen first attempting to speed past one of the police cars, but becomes wedged in against a garden wall. They they reverse into the front of the police car stationed behind, before pulling off at speed and escaping.
Debris from the front of a damage police car could be seen strewn on the pavement. Witnesses claimed that the vehicle was later found.
A clip of the incident was also shared on social media by Jack Khan, Workers Party of Britain candidate for Bolton South and Walkden, who penned: “PLEASE PEOPLE. THIS IS BOLTON. PLEASE EVERYONE DRIVE SAFELY.” The video has since had more than 120,000 views.
Greater Manchester Police has been contacted for a comment.
