Bianca Censori has spoken out about her relationship with Kanye West, disclosing how his controversial public outbursts have affected her wellbeing.
The 31 year old designer married the 48 year old rapper in 2022, but has largely stayed quiet amidst numerous controversies surrounding him.
Breaking her silence at last, Bianca has addressed his antisemitic comments, the sexual harassment legal action brought by former staff members, and allegations that he’s been dictating her provocative wardrobe choices. When asked about the musician’s erratic behaviour, Bianca became emotional, saying: “All I can do is always just be there and help.”
“This year was a lot like doing CPR for months. I have the love and empathy for him to be able to do that, and I understand that the world doesn’t.”

However, standing by him hasn’t been straightforward, with Bianca acknowledging she considered walking away from Kanye, though she quickly recognised these thoughts were ‘surface level’. In an interview with Vanity Fair, Bianca maintained that Kanye isn’t antisemitic, explaining he frequently develops ‘extreme obsessions’.
She revealed she had questioned him about his fixation on Jewish people and Nazism but ‘she didn’t get an answer that made enough sense to remember’.
Whilst the public outcry over Kanye’s statements dominated headlines worldwide and cost him lucrative brand partnerships, Bianca said the ‘PR cleanup’ wasn’t her priority as she concentrated on Kanye and their partnership.
Kanye also faced intense scrutiny when former staff members initiated legal proceedings alleging that The allegations encompass mistreatment, physical violence, and a toxic working environment.
Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye’s former personal assistant, has levelled accusations against the rapper, alleging he ‘sexually harassed and assaulted’ her during multiple incidents, including one where she claims he forced ‘his penis into her mouth’ whilst on a work trip. The rapper has vehemently refuted these allegations.
Meanwhile, former America’s Next Top Model contestant Jenn An has brought a lawsuit against Kanye under New York’s Gender Motivated Violence Act, alleging he violently thrust his fingers down her throat and throttled her until she ‘temporarily blacked out’. According to her claims, Ye choked her with both hands, covered her face, and repeatedly forced several fingers in and out of her throat in a manner mimicking ‘forced oral sex’ for approximately 60 seconds.
The rapper then purportedly shouted: “This is art. This is f***ing art. I am like Picasso.”
Ye has moved to have the case thrown out, suggesting Jenn is attempting to ‘punish his creative process and censor his art’. Vanity Fair observed that Bianca ‘seems to both agree with Ye’s alleged sentiment that making great art can be obscene and scarring and that people may feel wronged by that process’.
She is reported as stating: “That’s some people’s path. You have to respect that some people, that’s what they need to do.”
The publication further noted the architect ‘implies that the discomfort with the environment is related to employment status; as in, when these former employees were part of the team, they were fine with how things were done. There’s always emotional charge,” Bianca went on. “There’s obviously times where somebody’s hurt by not working anymore.”
Bianca has attracted significant media attention, largely due to her revealing outfits and public displays, sparking speculation about whether Kanye influenced her wardrobe choices and behaviour. However, she has firmly denied these claims, with Bianca acknowledging she has an ‘obvious obsession with nudity’.

Discussing how her looks are created, she revealed: “Me and my husband would work on my outfits together. So it was like a collaboration, it was never ‘I was being told to do something.'”
Bianca also expressed gratitude towards her husband for encouraging her to seek help at a rehab facility in Spain, where she addressed her ’emotional dysregulation’. She shared: “I needed to work on myself because I had patterns of things that I would do that would not just hurt me but would hurt the people around me.”
“I put a lot of pressure on other people being the reason for my happiness or the reason for my unhappiness. I would blame someone else if I wasn’t feeling good.”
