The San Francisco 49ers will have to watch their hated NFC West rivals, the Seattle Seahawks, potentially win the Super Bowl in their building.
With the Seahawks and New England Patriots doing battle, many will be tuned in to watch the NFL’s penultimate game.
But apparently not everyone.
49ers tight end George Kittle was asked whether he would be watching the game and said he might be playing video games before offering a hilarious wish for the outcome.
“I hope both teams lose,” Kittle said.

Kittle’s wish can’t happen
No, it won’t, but Kittle’s comments on the fact that he might not be watching isn’t something that is as rare as we think.
There are so many players that if they aren’t in the Super Bowl, they will not watch the big game, which is rather interesting.
Others do, of course, but we get the sense more often than not, current NFL players don’t appear to be watching the Super Bowl, so make of that what you will.
Either way, the 49ers will be hoping against hope that their rivals don’t win the Super Bowl in their building.
And as for George’s comments, that’s just a typical George response.
