The matchup has been very even so far and, as usual, it’s very hard to call who will win here. Both players are currently far from their best days and are desperately trying to gain some momentum back. Under normal circumstances, it should be a close affair, dominated by serve and decided by a few key points and possibly even tiebreaks.

Tommy Paul vs Jenson Brooksby

Paul won a very long and close three setter when the pair faced in this tournament last year, and we could well have a similarly tight affair this time around. Both players can play very consistently from the baseline and make themselves very tough to beat, so it should be a match filled with long rallies and some great points, decided by execution on big points.
