Liverpool supporters are beginning to draw up their lists ahead of the summer transfer window, with RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande featuring on plenty of them.
The 19-year-old has had a breakout season in Germany, hitting eight Bundesliga goals in his debut campaign with Leipzig.
Pacy, direct and with an eye for goal, Diomande looks like being a real star of the future.

As they search for new attacking additions, Liverpool are reportedly watching Diomande and could bring him in as part of their new strategy of signing young players with big potential. After admitting a fondness for Liverpool recently, the teenager once again spoke about the Reds over the weekend.
But as journalist Fabrizio Romano has reiterated, this does not mean Diomande is destined for Anfield. Speaking on his YouTube channel on Sunday evening, the transfer expert went big on interest from Bayern Munich. However, he did admit that, just as they were with Florian Wirtz last summer, Bayern could be beaten to the punch.
Bayern Munich could lose out on Yan Diomande
Bayern had thought they had Wirtz sown up last year, until Liverpool convinced the German that they were the best place for his development.
Outlining Bayern’s interest in Diomande, Romano hinted that there is a chance the same thing could happen again, with Liverpool or a different Premier League side.

“There is a lot of interest there from several clubs, in England, in France – because Paris Saint Germain have been monitoring the player – several clubs are following Yan Diomande who is one of the most interesting wingers around,” he said.
“Man United and Tottenham have been sending their scouts to watch him but we have to absolutely include Bayern as one of the clubs interested. Bayern are following the player closely, my understanding is that Vincent Kompany appreciates the player.
“There have also been some reports about Diomande having Liverpool as his favourite club. He clarified today that it’s his father’s favourite club, Liverpool, it’s not directly on Diomande. But Bayern are following the situation. It could be an interesting one for the summer. Bayern are there but we know sometimes when Premier League clubs arrive financially, we saw what happened with Florian Wirtz last summer for example, it can be a big battle.”

Diomande had Liverpool supporters getting excited when he admitted that he wanted to play for the Reds in early January.
However, speaking to BILD this weekend, the youngster clarified his comments, suggesting that while his father would love to see him play for Liverpool, right now he is focused on being a success with Leipzig.
“People made it out to be my dream club. But first and foremost, it’s my dad’s favourite club,” Diomande said. “It was always his great wish to see me there someday because he loves the atmosphere at Anfield. He always raved about Steven Gerrard. I was too young to see him play. We didn’t even have a TV at home for a long time. I have a lot of respect for Liverpool, but my dream club right now is Leipzig.”
Diomande also touched on interest from Bayern, again reiterating his commitment to his current team.
“It’s always nice to hear something like that,” he said. “But I haven’t spoken to anyone from Bayern. It’s not the right time for that. I’m happy here in Leipzig and want to remain fully focused.”
