Chadwick sold his previous IFA firm, Chadwicks IFA, in November 2023 to a consolidator after 27 years at the helm.
While running his original IFA firm he established Planned Future, a financial education company set up in 2014.
When Chadwicks IFA was sold, he continued to run Planned Future.
