Tánaiste Simon Harris has given the strongest indication yet that 24/7 psychiatric care could soon be implemented at Wexford General Hospital.
The Fine Gael leader met with hospital management as part of a whistle stop tour of Wexford on Friday and was struck by the need for an overhaul in how mental health services are delivered in the model county.
