Some fans think Tom Holland and Zendaya may have secretly married
Fans are convinced Zendaya and Tom Holland have secretly married after the actress was spotted wearing a “new gold band” on her wedding finger. The couple, both 29, got engaged in an intimate setting in 2024 and waited until last year’s Golden Globes to confirm the happy news publicly.
However, after Zendaya was seen wearing a simple gold band instead of her engagement ring during an outing in LA this week, fans began speculating about a “secret wedding”. Taking to X, one fan wrote: “Zendaya is married to Tom already. OMG, she’s a wifey.” Another user added: “Tom and Zendaya might be married. My childhood is complete.”
A third chimed in: “The idea of a secret wedding with just friends and family warms my heart.”
One more commented: “If it’s true, it’s exactly what they deserve.”
While the couple appreciate they are in the public eye, they have previously spoken about keeping intimate moments private, believing special milestones should be shared between them rather than with the entire world.
In a past interview, Zendaya said: “Honestly, I know people might think it’s awkward.
“Neither of us want to hide and not live our lives and do normal things, like go out for dinner, but at the same time, we want to protect our privacy.

“You have to accept that, to a degree, some aspects of your privacy are going to be out of your control. But the parts that are in our control, we fiercely protect.”
Speaking about her relationship with Tom, she added: “On set, he has this huge calming presence that not only puts me at ease but also everybody he works with.
“I might be a little biased, but he is not only my favourite person – he is my favourite person to work with.”
When they’re not working, the couple split their time between Tom’s home in Richmond, west London, and Zendaya’s home in California.
In January this year, they were spotted walking around St Austell in Cornwall as they celebrated Tom’s parents’ 30th wedding anniversary.
Just a few months earlier, in September, they were seen at a restaurant in Polkerris, happily posing for pictures with fans outside a tucked-away café in Par, where the owner reportedly had no idea who they were.
During an episode of the Dish podcast, filmed around Christmas with Nick Grimshaw and Michelin-star chef Angela Hartnett, Tom revealed they had stayed at an iconic beach house in Porthpean where About Time, starring Rachel McAdams, was filmed.
