Super League was once again well-supported this week, with attendances across the division looking very healthy.

Including the World Club Challenge, four games saw attendances of over 13,000, whilst games elsewhere were also well-supported.

Hull KR clinched their fourth trophy in 12 months in front of a sell-out MKM Stadium, as a total of 24,600 fans were in attendance to see them conquer the Brisbane Broncos.

The Robins led 30-4 after 55 minutes, leaving almost everyone surprised. The NRL Premiers did mount a late comeback, but they would only be able to make up 20 points, as the Robins held them out to secure the trophy.

That was comfortably the biggest crowd of the weekend, with Wigan Warriors’ tie with Hull FC the next best attended.

Matt Peet’s side strolled past the Black and Whites, as they dominated from the opening minute. A crowd of 16,620 were in attendance for that one.

Leeds Rhinos’ first home game of the Super League season saw them welcome York Knights to Headingley. Both clubs were well-supported, with 15,232 in attendance.

St Helens pulled off a comeback win over Leigh Leopards, in what was also their home opener. Paul Rowley’s men took a 20-18 victory over Lam’s side, as tries from Daryl Clark, Joe Shorrocks and Kyle Feldt, as well as four goals from Jackson Hastings, secured the win.

Bradford Bulls capped off their Super League return to Odsal in excellent fashion, putting on a comprehensive performance to defeat Catalans Dragons 28-10. The club were marginally off a five-figure attendance, as 9,992 fans packed into the iconic stadia to see Kurt Haggerty’s men earn their first win of the season.

Wakefield Trinity were the only away winners in round two, as they survived a late scare to see off Huddersfield Giants. A crowd of 6,453 were in attendance at the Accu Stadium, their highest home crowd since round one of 2024 – where they faced St Helens.

Toulouse Olympique also secured a win, as they defeated Castleford Tigers on home turf thanks to a try double from Reuben Rennie and scores from Benjamin Laguerre and Mathieu Jussaume. A total of 5,179 supporters watched Sylvain Houles’ side claim their second victory in successive weeks.
