An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called just after 11.40am to an incident on the anti-clockwise M25 between junctions 27 and 26, near Waltham Abbey. An ambulance, ambulance officer vehicle, rapid response vehicle and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.
“Sadly, despite the best efforts of the medical team, an adult man was pronounced dead at the scene.”
