EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders’ Ravi Gulati has a big decision to make next week, as he’s torn between risking everything to save his new friend Mark Fowler or safely staying silent!
In this week’s scenes, Ravi reached breaking point as he tried and failed to get another job in the Square and forgot to pick up his son’s Nugget’s epilepsy medication as the teen suffered another seizure.
When he was told there was a problem with the prescription, the pressure got too much and Ravi frightened a number of Walford residents by trapping everyone in the pharmacy until he got what he wanted.
The situation was eventually resolved, but Ravi used up his last life with Jack, then he broke down in tears as he finally told Priya about his secret struggle.

With Ravi’s mental health in a dark place, next week Jack fears that he’s too unwell to carry on with his police informant work, but stubborn Ravi insists he continue.
When he hears that the police are planning a sting operation to take down the gang, however, he’s shaken at the prospect of Mark getting caught…
“Ravi is in a really tough position, and if his pharmacy hostage situation last week is anything to go by, he isn’t in the best state of mind,” admits our Square source.

“He’s been reluctant to undertake the police informant role since the start, and now that he and Mark have bonded, their friendship is where his true loyalties lie.
“However, warning Mark would expose Ravi as the informant, and risk both his legal freedom and his family’s safety from the dangerous drugs gang…”
Conflicted on what to do, Ravi starts to feel guilty and attempts to tell Mark over a beer at Harry’s Barn. But before he can alert him, Priya arrives and demands that Ravi doesn’t intervene, as he’ll lose everything if he steps in.
