During a sentencing hearing at the Old Bailey in November 2025, the court heard how a group “effectively hunting as a pack” had hijacked a minicab to look for rival gang members following a different stabbing earlier that evening.

After entering two other properties, they kicked down the door to Camron’s home.

The teenager, who was unarmed and in his underwear, was chased to a bedroom where he and his mother, Audrey Johnson, attempted to barricade themselves inside.

Johnson told the court she had stood with her arms outstretched to protect her son and had tried to grab a 16-inch (40cm) “zombie knife” from one of the attackers.

Camron was fatally stabbed in the struggle that followed.

The latest arrest follows the sentencing of four men for their involvement in the attack:

Romario Gordon, 22, was jailed for 13 years for manslaughter

Romain La Pierre, 22, was sentenced to life with a minimum of 28 years for murder and robbery

Jordan Tcheuko, 21, was jailed for 15 years for manslaughter

James Olanipekun, 19, was sentenced to eight years for manslaughter and robbery.
