Handcuffed: Jonathan Ross hosts new Channel 4 show
Tilly Martin is no stranger to appearing on television.
The straight-talking North London barmaid who juggles three jobs is one of the 18 contestants currently appearing on Channel 4’s outrageous new reality show Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing.
In a brand new social experiment, nine pairs of strangers introduced by host Jonathan Ross compete to win a £100,000 prize.
They will have to cope with being chained to each other 24/7, doing everything just inches apart including going to the toilet and showering.
If it gets too much, they can uncuff at any time, but if they do they’ll be out of the competition and the last pair standing takes all.
The competitors represent a cross section of British society, and have never met each other before.

As the cuffs are locked in position with the duos either side of a special screen, they’ll only discover who they’ve been chained to once the divide goes back.
In a divided Britain, Jonathan’s hoping living in such close proximity will force these opposites to talk, listen, and maybe even learn from each other.
Fans may recognise Tilly, who is chained with millionaire car enthusiast Antony Kearsley, from her previous stint on another Channel 4 survival show 10 years ago.
She appeared as a contestant on the third series of The Island with Bear Grylls in 2016.

During her time on the show, Tilly became known as part of a group of female contestants who successfully completed the survival challenge, despite facing extreme conditions and internal team tensions.
Tilly later stated she would gladly repeat the experience, despite her personal fears of spiders and the dark.
Speaking about her experience on Handcuffed, Tilly said: “Antony snores and we had some days where it was fine but some days it weren’t but I think whoever I would have been handcuffed to that would have been a problem for me.

“I don’t cope very well when I’m not in my own bed and I fidget and then I panic if I’m not sleeping so that was my worst thing, and then you’ve got to contend with the tiredness of it the next day so I’d say that was my most difficult part.
“It’s difficult because you are going to have somebody that’s completely opposite from you and you’re obviously going to have some kind of confrontation with it but you’ve got to minimise that confrontation so much that they don’t leave.”
Fans will have to see how Anthony and Tilly get on as they spend time together just inches apart.
Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing launches Monday, March 2 at 9pm. Watch or stream on Channel 4.
