Sky customers may miss out on some channels

The broadcaster is implementing significant alterations to its service this week, which could potentially leave some viewers without access to certain channels unless they upgrade.

From 1st April, Sky and Now broadband customers will see their monthly payments rise by £3 a month, regardless of what they currently pay. This means customers on the lower packages will see their monthly bill increase by as much as 12.5%.
One customer on the Sky forum fumed: “I’ve just received a letter from Sky (yes a letter, not an email) about changes to WIFI MAX. From April 1st the the money back aspect of the Speed Guarantee will no longer apply.
“The Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee will also no longer apply. Essentially all you can do if either fall short is terminate your contract with no fees.”
