No one is realistically expecting anything major from an indie show cases within three months from the switch 2 release.
Nothing is riding on this. It would be a great surprise if they announced something big, but realistically at best we’ll get a silksong release date. It’s supposed to have a playable demo at the next con so it should be getting close.
Listen … It’s fine to anticipate. But you can’t shove un realistic expectations on people. You need to give devs time to actually put stuff together for the switch 2.
Looking at past consoles the switch 2’s launch line up is pretty decent. DK Bananza even proved to be more of a hit than anyone expected.
