LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER has released “Eins, Zwei, Drei”, the British entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.
“Eins, Zwei, Drei” was released today. Following its release on digital platforms at midnight, the music video will be revealed this morning on the official Eurovision YouTube channel and will receive its first radio play on The Scott Mills Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2.
“Eins, Zwei, Drei” was written and composed by Thomas Stengaard, Lasse Midtsian Nymann, Julie Aagaard and LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER himself. It is the first British Eurovision entry in history to contain lyrics in a language other than English.
LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER was chosen internally to represent the United Kingdom from a selection process organised by David May, the United Kingdom’s Eurovision Project Director and Andrew Cartmell, Executive Producer of BBC Studios North, who is the Head of Delegation for the United Kingdom.
LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER will compete in the Grand Final on May 16. He will also perform during the second semi-final on May 14.
United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest+
The United Kingdom debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1957 and holds the record for the most consecutive appearances in the contest. To date, the United Kingdom has won the contest a total of five times, with their first victory coming in 1967 and their latest in 1997. The United Kingdom holds the record for the most second-place finishes in the contest, having been runner-up a total of 16 times. Since 2000, the United Kingdom has finished within the top 10 only three times, this being in 2002 with Jessica Garlick, 2009 with Jade Ewen and 2022 with Sam Ryder who finished 2nd in Turin.
