As it is likely to be almost six months before the launch of Google’s next-generation flagship smartphone, this leak should be viewed with caution – it is not known whether the case manufacturer has actually received information about the design of the smartphone or whether this case is just a placeholder.

In any case, previous previous leaks suggest that the Google Pixel 11 Pro (XL) will receive at least one exciting upgrade – 3D facial recognition in the style of the Apple iPhone 17. However, the smartphone will still rely on a display with a single, round punch-hole instead of using a larger, pill-shaped punch-hole like the iPhone. The other sensors required for facial recognition, known as “Project Toscana”, are to be hidden out of sight under the display.
