East Horton Golf Centre, in Mortimers Lane, Fair Oak, submitted the plans to build a new driving range on March 2.
The application seeks outline permission as part of Phase Two of works to the Parkland Course.
Proposals include the permanent closure of the 14th, 15th and 18th holes, alongside the construction of a new driving range building.

The scheme also involves re-profiling land to create new target greens, a swale, landscaping works and associated drainage infrastructure.
The application has been submitted as a Hampshire County Council consultation request and will be determined under delegated powers.
All matters relating to the appearance and design of the new driving range building are reserved at this stage.
The consultation period runs until March 24.
