Meghan Markle marked International Women’s Day with an adorable picture and message for her daughter Lilibet.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, took to Instagram to share a picture of her and Lilibet, four, sitting together on a rock at a beach. It appears the picture was taken during a family day out in the California sunshine, as Meghan revealed Prince Harry was behind the camera.
The Duchess captioned the wholesome picture: “For the woman she will one day be… Happy International Women’s Day. (Camera emoji): Papa Sussex.” Meghan turned off commenting on the post.

It comes after Meghan cut ties with Netflix. The brand sells products including rose wine, jams and flower sprinkles, as well as leather bookmarks and herbal tea. But now, it’s claimed that the mother of two is happy to “go it alone” and believes that the venture had been “held back” by the streaming giant.
Meghan’s huge decision comes just several months after her show on the streaming platform, With Love, Meghan, was not renewed after two seasons. But her decision to part ways with Netflix was amicable, and she and the platform’s bosses remain “on good terms”.
Meghan and Harry have been famously private about their children, Lilibet and Archive, six, regularly obscuring their faces in photos or taking them from behind. This weekend’s picture was more of the same, but it comes just a couple of weeks after Meghan shared the first photo of Lilibet’s face in years.
The Suits actor took to Instagram to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a heartwarming photo of a beaming Harry cuddling Lilibet, whose face was surprisingly visible. Meghan captioned the snap: ‘These two + Archie = my forever Valentines.’

It also comes after Meghan’s dad, 81, had his left leg amputated in a three hour “life or death” operation after being rushed to hospital after falling ill at his home in the Philippines earlier this year.
The former Hollywood lighting director, who has suffered two heart attacks and a stroke in recent years, moved from Rosarito, Mexico, to the densely populated island of Cebu last year.
Despite initial claims that Meghan had failed to contact her father about his leg operation, it has now emerged that she desperately called round local hospitals to try and find out more details about her estranged father’s health. Her spokesperson then confirmed she had “reached out” by delivering a letter to her dad. But the mystery deepened when Thomas claimed he was “confused” by reports that his youngest child had tried to get in touch with him.
Her spokesperson later released a blistering statement in an attempt to clarify the conflicting reports. It read: “It has been exceedingly difficult for the Duchess to contact her father privately, despite her efforts over the past several days. With the support of reliable and trusted contacts, her correspondence is now safely in his hands.”
