Throughout the 2025 Tour de Pologne, the race jury attributes fines to some of the riders and sporting directors. Ultimately the fines can come in the form of money, time penalties or even UCI points, depending on the rule breaking. Here we present what has happened during the race.Stage 1
– Matthew Brennan (TVL) takes 500 CHF, -5 pts penalty in pts classification, relegation to last place of belonging group and a yellow card for endangering the other riders in the final sprint (knowingly staying within the line of other riders)
– Tim Torn Teutenberg (LTK) takes 200 CHF, -20” in GC, -16 in pts. classification, -25 pts in UCI ranking and a yellow card for using sidewalks/paths not being part of the race route.
– Rudy Molard (GFC) and Gonzalo Serrano (MOV) gets 200 CHF, -4 pts in pts class, -20” in GC and -15 in UCI rankings for sheltering behind or taking advantage of the slipstream of a vehicle. Their SD Jussi Veikkanen (GFC) and Jurgen Roelandts (MOV) takes 500 CHF each
– Luke Roberts (DAT SD) takes 500 CHF for unidentified rider littering outside a waste zone
– Jasper De Buyst (LOT) takes 200 CHF for urinating in public
– Andrzej Syptkowski (POL SD) gets a warning for failing to respect the order or timing of signing the signing-on sheet or the team presentation
– Jesper Morkov (TVL SD) gets a warning for failing to attend the official ceremony of the Decathlon Ag2r-La Mondiale sponsor
Stage 2
Tomas Budzinki (Poland national team): Unauthorized feeding inside final 30Km. 200CHF fine.
Poland national team DS Andrzej Syptyowski: Unauthorized feeding inside final 30Km. 500CHF fine.
XDS Astana Team DS Alexandr Shefer: Unidentified rider littering outside waste zone. 500CHF fine.
