Naledi Raptou is taking over the role of Kathleen-Angel McQueen in Hollyoaks as the character is set to feature in a big storyline next week.
Kathleen-Angel, who was previously portrayed by Kiara Mellor, will unexpectedly grow close to Ant Hutchinson (Brooke Debio) and the two will have unprotected sex.
With Diane Hutchinson (Alex Fletcher) away with Tony (Nick Pickard) in London for a second opinion following her diagnosis, Ant and Ro (Leo Cole) bunk off school for the day.
Kathleen-Angel does the same, with Dodger Savage (Danny Mac) covering for her. Later, while in the park, Ro invites her over to game.
Ant, meanwhile, apologises to Trina for how he treated her previously and Kathleen-Angel is tasked with finding out if he still likes her – though she berates him in the process.
An upset Ant subsequently leaves the party.
Kathleen-Angel arrives at the flat to find him playing computer games and then both berate each other this time over their behaviour. Ant says to her that if he’s really such an awful person then why doesn’t she leave. Kathleen-Angel, however, decides to stay.

Later, Dom – who had been tasked with looking after the teens while Diane and Tony are away – finds out that they’ve bunked off and he’s not pleased. Ant claims he’s unwell, which prompts Dom to leave and after he’s gone, it’s revealed that he and Kathleen-Angel have slept together.
In need of the morning after pill, Kathleen-Angel accidentally sends a text to Dodger instead of Dee-Dee.
Determined to delete the text before the policeman can see it, Kathleen-Angel grabs Dodger’s phone but he spots her and subsequently reads the message. She urges Dodger to keep quiet and not tell her mum but Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter) walks in, overhearing the end of the conversation.
Theresa is horrified to learn that Ant is the person her daughter slept with, given his previous behaviour, but Kathleen-Angel urges her not to make a scene because she likes him.
