I tell you what, I wish the roads weren’t that heavy when it comes to their incline because they’re both struggling when it comes to the hills. But you know what? Listener Jen is representing the girlies and the Radio 1 listeners very well. You can see it when she’s in her stride. She’s giving her absolute all. They ride together, they struggle together, but most importantly, they shine together.
And I love that, because whenever they go through different parts of the roads that people are there, and Jen’s like: Oh my days! There’s loads of people here! And you forget, there are loads of people coming out of their schools with signs, with their dogs, with their kids, their families, just giving not only Greg, but also listener Jen on behalf of the Radio 1 listeners as well, all the support they need together. And it’s so beautiful to see. Honestly, it’s like the most magical thing you could ask for.
