Britain’s Got Talent will not air tonight due to a schedule shake-up on ITV1. The popular TV talent show returned to screens last month with a spectacular 17th series. Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon returned to the judging panel, this time joined by social media sensation KSI.
Ant and Dec have also returned for their all-important presenting roles, welcoming a fresh batch of hopeful contestants hoping to win the hearts of the nation and perform at the prestigious Royal Variety Show.
After three weeks of impressive auditions, Britain’s Got Talent will not air at its usual slot on ITV1 tonight (March 14). The popular Saturday night programme has been removed from the schedule due to ITV’s coverage of the Six Nations.
The broadcast of France vs England, held at Stade de France, starts at 7.20pm on ITV1 ready for an 8.10pm kick-off time. Coverage of the match is expected to end at 10.50pm, meaning BGT has been pulled from the schedule.

We’ve seen a wide range of acts take to the stage over the last three weeks, with everything from singers, comedians and impressive dance acts.
Auditions for the latest series took place in Blackpool and Birmingham in October last year. The new contestants will be hoping to replicate the success of last year’s winner, Harry Moulding.
The magician from Blackpool impressed the judges on the 2025 series, as he took home the title. It was a tense final as Harry triumphed against dance troupe The Blackouts and nine-year-old acrobat Binita Chetry.
The show will air every Saturday night for the next four months, finishing with a live final episode in May.
Social media star KSI is now part of the series as a full time judge after Bruno Tonioli stepped away from the role to focus on Dancing with the Stars in the US.
Speaking about joining the show, KSI said: “I’m so grateful and happy to be a part of the Britain’s Got Talent team for another season.
“I had such a good time last year and I can’t wait to see some more top talent. I’m full of energy, ready to go and can’t wait to make this the most entertaining BGT season ever! Let’s do this.”
