Simon Cowell: The Next Act contestant Sam Meyer joins Hollyoaks

A singer, who recently starred in Netflix’s Simon Cowell: The Next Act, said he was “buzzing” to join the cast of Hollyoaks.

Sam Meyer will be completing the new family unit on the popular Channel 4 soap alongside former Emmerdale actor Matthew Wolfenden, and Rebecca Ryan and Lewis Walton, who have both starred in Coronation Street.

The Keanes are set to move into the Chester village this Spring with a hidden connection to another Hollyoaks family.

Meyer, who narrowly missed out on the chance to join the band December 10 on the Netflix show, said: “I am absolutely buzzing to say that I am joining the cast of Hollyoaks.”
