Just in case you blinked and missed it, Love Island: All Stars winners Samie Elishi and Ciaran Davies have reportedly split just weeks after leaving the villa. The pair won Maya Jama ’s dating show in February, taking 35 per cent of the public vote in the final, but their romance is now said to have fizzled out.
According to reports, Samie and Ciaran recently decided they were better off as friends after struggling to make things work away from the cameras.
The news comes just 10 days after Samie appeared on Olivia Attwood’s podcast, Olivia’s House, gushing over Ciaran’s “kind eyes” and how her family loved him.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said Samie and Ciaran had decided that they were better off as friends at the moment, something they concluded last week.
They went on: “Neither of them have a bad word to say about each other. Maybe they’ll end up staying good mates and you never know what could happen down the line.”
It is understood the couple never made things official after the show, and found it difficult to spend much time together once normal life resumed.
A source close to Samie revealed that when things really changed for them after leaving the villa. They added: “They had an amazing experience in Love Island but they just didn’t have things in common in the real world.”

The couple might have won the competition but not each other’s hearts
Since winning the show, Samie has been busy with work and is currently in New York alongside Olivia Attwood and other Islanders for River Island.
Meanwhile, a source close to Ciaran said he had genuinely liked Samie and was disappointed things had not worked out.
They said: “It’s disappointing, but there are also a few raised eyebrows – from the outside it does seem like Samie’s pretty focused on work.”
Eagle-eyed fans had already begun to suspect there was trouble in paradise, with some noticing the pair had stopped posting about each other on social media and were no longer liking or commenting on one another’s pictures.

There was also fresh speculation after fans spotted that Samie and ex-Love Islander turned Twitch streamer, Tyrique Hyde, had started following each other online.
Tyrique even shared one of her Brit Awards posts on his Instagram story, writing: “When you’re back from New York lemme know @samieelisi.”
Ciaran then appeared to unfollow Tyrique, adding more fuel to the rumour mill.
Some fans think Tyrique may simply want to invite Samie onto his podcast, however, he has previously admitted he “proper fancies” her.
