Katie Price appeared on Good Morning Britain on Monday to set the record straight on several details in her life, insisting no topic was ‘off limit’.
Katie, 47, recently left her family reeling when she announced she’d got hitched for the fourth time to businessman Lee Andrews, 43, who she had only known for a week. Her shocked mum and sister only found out after she announced the news on social media.
Since the reveal of her new relationship and marriage, the couple have been forced to hit back at a series of claims. Only recently, Katie spoke out to defend her husband Lee, hitting back at claims he’s a conman and insisting she has seen proof of his wealth.
Appearing on Monday’s Good Morning Britain, Katie encouraged hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls to grill her, insisting that no topic was ‘off limit’.

Katie said: “I’m doing really good. Really good. Really happy. I’m so excited to be here today for you to ask me anything you want”, adding: “The reason I say that is because there’s been so much speculation in the media, online, and no one can really hear my voice. So I’m glad I’ve got you guys. As you know, you can ask me anything.”
Talking about marrying Lee so quickly, she said: “Now, do you ever really know anyone? If you look at my past marriages, did I ever know they would be what they would be? And sometimes, I don’t think you can ever know who anyone is.”
She added: “So for me, I’ve gone through so much, as everyone knows, so much, so many different relationships. And I normally went from one to the other, to the other. And I recently, well, two years ago, I did relationships, healthy relationships”, adding that before then, she had always been in “toxic” relationships.
Katie continued: “But now, like two years ago, I now know signs of red flags. And you know, all of this, I’ve been there, done it. Now, I am older, I can make my own decisions. And there’s nothing to say that you have to wait for anything. So I’ve met Lee. It’s hard for anyone to understand.”
It was at this point that Katie revealed that she has only actually been married to Lee for two weeks – having first met him in January, saying: “We got married two weeks ago. Although it looked like we did the ceremony in January, we did get engaged then. It just feels so right.”

Katie said: “Now, with Lee, it’s so different to any other relationship and it works for me. Number one, he lives in Dubai. Every relationship I’ve had, I’ve literally met them, they’ve met the kids, moved in, and then they’re just in my space.
“I want to have time for me to do things for me. So it works very well. He lives in Dubai. When I’ve got the kids, I’ve got the kids. When I haven’t, then I can see him. It just works well for me. I can do my work. I’ve got my own space, my own thing to do everything.”
Later in the interview, Katie said: “I think the thing that everyone can’t get their head around is, why have I married him quick? I was there, we got engaged, and it just felt right. So why not get married?”
She added: “I know it seems weird because everyone thinks in 48 hours, you know, we’re, what, three months in, four months in. We speak every single day, FaceTime all the time.”
Katie continued: “I think people shouldn’t underestimate me and my decisions. I’m older, I’ve learned a lot. And it feels right for me. I’m happy and I just want people to be happy for me”, adding she has ‘seen everything I need to see’ about Lee’s life.
The television personality added: “I just think, let people just give us a chance. I think the fact, because I married him so quick, I think that’s the shock. If I had just met him, people wouldn’t be so worried.”
Why she hasn’t introduced the family or kids to Lee Andrews yet

During the interview, Katie revealed why Lee hasn’t met her family or children yet. Katie has five children from previous relationships – Harvey, 23, Junior, 20, Princess, 18, Jett, 12, and Bunny, 11.
Katie said: “He hasn’t met the family, hasn’t met the kids, although they’ve been on FaceTime. They’ve all seen him on FaceTime. Yeah.”
The reality star added: “For me to introduce him to the kids, I won’t be introducing them to the kids yet, because I want to get to know him more myself.”
Weight loss

During the interview, GMB host Susanna said: “Katie, can I ask, because I am concerned about your weight because you are very, very, very skinny.”
To which Katie insisted: “I’m glad you’ve asked this!”, continuing: “So people who follow me online will know I have lost weight. I recognise I lose weight. I look too skinny. I look gaunt.
“So I have been to the doctors to see why am I losing this weight. I’ve done all the blood tests. I even had to do the poo one as well to find out.”
Katie said that the tests and her blood results show she is not on weight loss medication after facing accusations from fans. She added: “I am lack of iron. They’re now checking the other bit. I’m going through pre-menopause at the moment as well.”
She insisted: “I am healthy, so no one worry about me!”
