Behind every person who seems “fine” there is a story rarely told, feelings not shared or a need for support which has been taught to stay hidden for some men. With over 1,000 people presenting themselves to Wexford General Hospital in a mental health crisis in 2025, the need for support services is raised.
To combat the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, best friends Dean O’ Neill and Mark Ennis have teamed up to create a safe space for men to be vulnerable and as they put, “Man Up and Speak out”.
