Live from Radio 1’s Longest Ride
The bit in the Yorkshire moors, I really nearly cracked. I don’t know how I’m still going actually. I feel completely and utterly drained.
I think I sort of felt the pressure a bit today, the support is amazing, but I suddenly thought “Wow, imagine if I can’t do the next bit?”
That’s kind of weirdly spurring me on to go, “No no no, take it easy, keep pushing, keep squeezing those kilometers.”
I’m so pleased that this thing that’s been cooked up by all of us at Radio 1 and Comic Relief, is liked by people.
They like the fun challenge – and I’m just here to absolutely be clear, it is a challenge, and I am very close to cracking up and just sitting on the side of the road and crying, which I sort of did earlier today.
