The Married at First Australia bride was reportedly “gobsmacked” when she was told she couldn’t return to her job.
Married at First Sight Australia is one the world’s biggest reality shows but that comes with consequences… Consequences that Bec Zacharia reportedly knows far too well.
During the third Dinner Party, fuelled by claims that her husband Danny Hewitt had said Gia Fleur was more his type, Bec took aim at almost everyone at the table.
No one was safe as she went for the legitimacy of Juliette Fava and Joel Moses‘ relationship, called Gia and Scott McCristal “fake” and said Julia Vogl (who was matched with Grayson McIvor) would rather be matched with a woman.

Julia and Grayson were stunned by Bec’s behaviour.

Bec’s tirade was described as “wild” and “juvenile” by her cast mates and the experts. “She was really quite awful to everyone,” Juliette said away from the table.
As Bec reached boiling point, she was then confronted by Gia over texts she’s sent about Alissa Fay. And Gia came with the receipts.
It seems that the effects of that explosive dinner party was lasting for Bec as it’s been reported that after it aired she was sacked from a new job in sales at a manufacturing company in Adelaide.
An insider has told Woman’s Day: “The show had just started [airing] and they basically sat her down and told her that they thought it’d be best for her to come back after MAFS had finished.”
They claimed that Bec straight away said no, as she needed to keep working “to pay her rent and mortgages”.

Gia pulled out receipts of Bec talking about Alissa behind her back.

After discussions, the company reportedly agreed to keep her on under the condition that “she could no longer do any publicity to promote the show”.
After the agreement was arranged, things quietened down for a few weeks but when the third Dinner Party aired “everything changed after that,” the insider claimed.
Following the Dinner Party, Bec was told off by the experts for her behaviour at the next Commitment Ceremony. She admitted to them that she “didn’t have an excuse” for how she acted.
Once the episode was aired, Bec was reportedly called back into her work for another meeting the very next morning.

The MAFS experts were appalled by the show Bec put on.

The insider said: “They just told her that they couldn’t have her there. They didn’t want her to work there any longer and it was due to what was happening on MAFS and her behaviour.”
Bec reportedly agreed her behaviour had been poor but was still “gobsmacked” as she’d told them about what would air prior to that meeting.
As the show is still airing and the cast have limited access to their socials, we are yet to hear Bec’s comments on whether this report is true or not.
