Shane Lowry won’t feature at the top of the leaderboard at the Texas Children’s Houston Open but the Offaly man will have another memorable shot for his highlights reel.
Starting his final round 13 shots behind leader Gary Woodland (18 under), Lowry parred the opening hole before teeing up on the par-3 second at Memorial Park Golf Course.
Incredibly, the 38-year-old aced the 170 yard hole for his fourth hole in one on the PGA Tour.
The 2019 Open champion had previously recorded hole in ones at the 16th at Augusta National (2016), 17th at TPC Sawgrass (2022), 7th at Pebble Beach (2025).
He also managed the feat at the 2014 DP World Tour Championship in Dubai and the 2018 British Open at Walton Heath.
