5 top new shows you can stream this week on Netflix, Disney+ and more (March 30-April 5)

The last days of March and first days of April are blooming with new TV shows premiering on Netflix, Apple TV and more of the best streaming services, as well as broadcast and cable TV.

Senior year is brimming with big decisions and romance as “XO, Kitty” returns for more matchmaking misadventures, while “Your Friends and Neighbors” digs deeper into suburban secrets that refuse to stay buried.

Meanwhile, “Paradise” season 2 unveils a finale promising high-stakes drama and emotional fallout as its story reaches a boiling point. Here’s our guide on the top new TV shows to check out this week.

The vibes: Air running out, secrets blowing up, mommy issues — possibly a time-warping Hail Mary.

The plot: “Exodus” drops the bunker into full panic mode. The doors have been locked with Link (aka Dylan) and his rabble waiting outside, but oxygen is leaking thanks to Nicole and Jeremy’s sabotage. As Xavier’s train approaches Paradise, Sinatra consults her secret project, “Alex.” What timey-wimey shenanigans is she up to? We truly have no idea, but expect it to be jaw-dropping.

The vibes: Earnest, swoony, occasionally awkward. It’s like a rom-com where sincerity beats cynicism every time.

The plot: Season 4 of the award-winning docuseries returns with more meet-cutes and milestone moments as a mix of fan favorites and new faces search for romantic connections. Returning couples — including Connor and Georgie, James and Madison — deepen their relationships with trips, anniversaries and even house-hunting, while newcomers Logan, Emma, and Dylan step into dating for the first time.
