Police Scotland has released a CCTV image of Shaun in which he appears to be running.

An urgent police search has been launched to trace the whereabouts of missing Glasgow man Shaun McCormack. The 31-year-old was last seen in the Govan Road area this afternoon at around 1pm, March 30.

Shaun is described as white, 5ft 11inches tall, with green eyes and short black hair. When last seen he was wearing a light blue t-shirt and grey jogging bottoms.

Police Scotland has released a CCTV image of Shaun in which he appears to be running. Anyone who knows where he may be, or who may have seen him this afternoon is urged to come forward.

Inspector Graeme Smith said: “Shaun’s family are concerned for his welfare and officers are carrying out enquiries to trace him to ensure he’s safe and well.

“I’d urge anyone who knows where Shaun may be or thinks they have seen him since early this afternoon to come forward.

“Shaun, if you see this appeal, please contact police to we can make sure you’re okay.”

Anyone with information is urged to call Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1424 of 30 March.

UPDATE: Shaun McCormack has been found, police confirmed on Tuesday (March 31).

A spokesperson said: “Shaun McCormack, also known as Shaun Roberts, who was reported missing from Glasgow, has been traced.

“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.”
